PART IV

THE FEEDBACK

REFLECTION
The purpose of the feedback is to determine the success of the delivery of the lessons,
as well to determine the disadvantage of a certain individual. In every lesson there are individual
who are focused in listening and improving and some may not, through the use of the feedback it
can help to distinguish the persons who has been in engage in the lesson and to those in
difficulties to understand the lesson. Not also in the lesson but also feedback can be applied in
action of a person, for a certain scenario like the student-teacher delivering its lesson plans, in the
action of the practice teacher not tolerating the behavior of the pupils, the cooperating teacher will
gave a feedback about the error created by the student-teacher. Feedback is helpful key to
improve oneself and change some of the action of it.

As I deliver my lessons, some behavior of mine has the strongest to my feedback and
some has the weakest. From the feedback of my cooperating teachers, I was good at the children
in involving them in activities as well attracting them in some ways, but when it comes to
discussing the lesson I was weak in disciplining the children. I continue delivering without the
attention of the children. As to the pupils, positive and negative feedback was derived, some
student understand the lesson I delivered and some may have difficulties and answering the
activities. In all the experience has gave me lesson especially the feedback of both cooperating
teacher and the pupils. From the cooperating teacher’s assessment for the feedback of the
student as well the practice-teaching it is agreeable that the assessment is appropriate. Due to
the experiences of the Cooperating teachers for the past years they have the knowledge of the
assessments of every subjects as well to the appropriate actions and behaviors as a teacher.
Doubt are not in my mind to the cooperating teacher since they had the experience that I
practice-teacher needed.

When it comes to the pupil’s feedback, there are positive feedback and negative
feedback of the pupils. I am genuinely happy to those pupils that is satisfied with the delivery of
the lesson. Since they are satisfied I was relive that some pupils understand my lesson which
gave me happiness and inspire me in teaching. To those pupils who are not satisfied of my
delivery for some reason, I was in disappointment of myself as well to the pupil’s behavior. I was
disappointed with myself where I feel my lesson is lacking something, which gave me sadness
and rethink what did I do wrong, but I do believe that improvement will come soon and more
experience will help me to know more about the teaching. I have also a disappointment to the
learners since they are naughty and hardheaded which they cannot concentrate in listening.

In improving the delivery of my lesson and also in improving my behaviors, what I did was
to seek more tips and techniques in making children to participate in the lesson. For their
behaviors I improve myself where I become stricter than before where children become more
focus in listening. As for myself in assessment, I would compare myself before and after if
changes is within me. To see the improvement of my behavior and some changes of my
behaviors. For the past days I do have changes and improvements which make me happy and
continue to seek enhancement of teaching. As improving my teaching skills, measures that I must
do to be more in success in teaching are practicing the art of communication, as well adding more
vocabulary on myself. To be able to success this measures, I would communicate a lot to my
friends as well to my families and to the vocabulary I would practice to read a certain types of
books. Through this measure I believe it will enhance my teaching style and improve my skills on
teaching in the future.
