With reference to the above-mentioned contract, the Consultant (AECL) would like to
reconfirm you that the installation and Commissioning work of the ETP has already been
completed on November 28, 2021 as per approved drawing and design of DoE; vide
reference No.: 30.26.72.3.980.291215.1040; Dated: Oct 10, 2020. You can proceed for
Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) by stating that ETP construction work has already
been completed.
