Greetings!
My name is Maria Alexis Duan A. Olvido, 21 years old, incoming fourth year BS
Nutrition and Dietetics student at the University of Southern Mindanao. I am a
consistent achiever in the past years, in addition to my academic achievements, I am
also involved in several extracurricular activities. I am the current Board Member of the
Local Student Government (LSG) of the College of Human Ecology and Food Sciences.
I am also a student athlete and a member of the university's softball team. These
experiences have taught me the importance of teamwork, leadership, and community
service.
I am interested in applying for the Upi Summer Employment Program for
Students (USEPS) that your office is offering. I am eager to gain valuable work
experience and contribute to my community during my summer break. I am a hard
worker and I am always willing to learn new things. I am also a team player and I am
good at working with others. I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to your
office.
This opportunity could aid a little in my financial needs to my OJT my on-the-job
training (OJT) in the next school year. I am also eager to gain more experience. I
believe that this job would be a great opportunity for me to learn and grow, and I am
confident that I can make a positive contribution to your office.
I am available to work full-time during the summer months. I am also willing to
work flexible hours and to travel if necessary.
