Comments: - Tilke approval/review does not constitute a change order and does not relieve the contractor of his obligations
under the contract.

- Work in confined space shall be done in line with the MOW and other local requirements.

- Permission to enter a confined space can only be given by a person who has received appropriate training and
is authorised to sign a confined space ‘Permit to Enter’.

- An adequate communication system is required to enable:

•Communication between people inside and people outside the confined space;
•Help to be summoned in an emergency;

- Considering constantly changing work environment of the construction project, emergency drills have to be
conducted more frequently.
