To Mr. Genove,

Please accept this letter as formal notification of my resignation with AFNI Philippines Inc. as a
Customer Service Representative. My last day in the company shall be on May 26, 2023.

Currently, I am attending an On-The-Job training as part of my fulfillment for my second

semester in my last year in college. I have been taking two responsibilities at a time, as a student
and an employee, however it has been incredibly challenging and took a toll on my overall health.
Keeping my priorities and time balanced became difficult, leading me to the decision of focusing
on my education and leaving my position.

Regardless, it was a pleasure working with the company for almost 4 months and I am incredibly
grateful for the opportunities and experience that I’ve gained as a customer service
representative. I value the insights that I have learned, and I expect them to help me in my
future endeavors. Thank you for being supportive of my professional growth, I have truly enjoyed
working with you and the rest of the team.
