London market allowance

Employees based in London currently receive an allowance to ensure their
remuneration remains competitive in the London pay market.

Car allowance
Employees at more senior job grade levels may receive a monthly cash
allowance to provide an equivalent benefit to a company car.
Share plans
As individuals progress through the organisation, there is the possibility of
receiving Company performance shares. Awards are based on employee
performance and long-term value to Shell. In addition, all employees are
