ACTIVITY PROPOSAL
I. Rationale
Amidst the pandemic we are currently facing Libhu National High School is at its utmost
dedication to give education that is well deserve. This year will be the conduct of the face to face
graduation rites wherein the school will be highlighting its ceremony with the theme, “Gradweyt ng
K to 12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok (K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing
Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity)”. In line with the “DepEd Memorandum
043, s. 2022 provides the guidelines for the schools to be adopted in the conduct of the end of school
year (EOSY) rites. In No. 3, it specifies that for the schools that continue to adapt classes can have
its graduation ceremony physically at any dates from June 27 to July 2, 2022. It has been carried
out that Libhu National High School will conduct its Graduation Rites on June 28, 2022 @ 8:00
o’clock in the morning until 12:00 noon.
The school considers the mandated protocols as we look certainly on the risks and
uncertainty that Covid-19 may brought. Learners on the other hand remain resilient and tough with a
hopeful heart to achieve their goals and vision towards brighter future ahead after graduation.
Adhering the mandated health protocols and provisions currently issued by our local
government, the school DRRM Coordinator along-with the whole Senior High School teachers who
are over-all in-charge of the said event will be liable in compliance of all the necessary
prerequisites. It is highly considered the health and safety of the learners as well as the parents and
all the guests and attendees of the said ceremony. It is mandated and oriented during the PTA
Meeting that observance of the protocols will be strictly implemented and observed during the
conduct. The team already proposed a contingency plan if there will be unexpected concerns that
will due to a postponement of holding the activity.
In compliance of the DepEd Memorandum, the school will be giving the usual awards and
recognition to our graduates following the standard format from the division to impose uniformity.
Lastly, it is of great assurance that the graduation rites will be solemnly observed to promote the vision
of the department in a highly distinguished manner.

appreciation of their contributions and accomplishments;
3. Teachers shall acknowledge their exemplary recognize their commendable performance and
contributions.

The year end school year rites will be conducted through face to face at the venue assigned.
Adhering the mandated protocols stated in DepEd Memorandum 043, s. 2022 shall be observed at all
times.
The expenses that will be incurred in this rites shall be charged to MOOE as stated in No. 11 of
DepEd Memorandum No. 043, s. 2022.
