Description of Duties/Responsibilities (Briefly describe each job assigned to you and indicate the duration of each assignment. If
you had more than one supervisor, please give the name of the supervisor for each job)

Work as desk admin:


1)Keep track of customer fees payment and open receipt if neccesary.
2)Keep track of student attendances to ensure that students attendance record is accurate
3)Explain academy fees and lesson structure to walk in or online enquiry.
4)As a key holder of the centre, ensure doors are lock and lights & every electronics are turned off
before leaving the centre.
5)Complete others tasks that are admin related once assigned such as making simple template
for a performance, assisting on decoration of the classrooms.

Work as Music Instructor:


1)Responsible for providing student a positive mindset on learning musical instrument
2)Always on time and keeping track of student progress.
3)Attend events hosted by the academy if needed(either as helper or performer)
4)Report to Ms. Chin (supervisor) verbally to keep track of own progress and also self improvement
on myself.

The working environment is really nice and my -
supervisor is very helpful and friendly, I learnt
a lot especially on customer service as a desk
admin, as for music instructor I also learnt a lot
and understand that every students have
different learning curve and I should use a
suitable syllabus for each category of different
students.
