Products and Services

The combination of flavors from the Filipino staples and Korean rice provides a unique
experience for the diner and is sure to please any palate. The nori sheet wraps the dish together
and provides a crunchy texture. The dish is easy to make and can be served as an appetizer or a
main course. ChiBap is visually appealing and can be shared on social media for foodies looking
for something new and exciting to post. It is a great way to introduce people to both Filipino and
Korean cuisine. We currently offer 3 flavors: Chicken Adobo, Caldereta, and Sisig. The Chibap
will be available in Malabon, the store's location. It will also be available online and distributed in
various Metro Manila locations.

Marketing and Sales Strategy

ChiBap has identified three distinct products that cater to different customer needs and
preferences. The first product is the ChiBap Sisig Flavor, which is aimed at adults and teens
looking for a tasty yet sweet and spicy flavor. The second product is the ChiBap Caldereta Flavor,
which is aimed at kids, adults, and teens looking for an occasionally nutritious meal. The third
product is the ChiBap Adobo Flavor which is aimed at adults, teens, and kids (7 and above) looking
for a traditionally tasty meal. ChiBap's main competitors are Leann's Tea House, Aiko Sushi, Bon
Chon, and Korean Stores. Aiko Sushi does not offer any ready-packed meals. This presents ChiBap
with the opportunity to cater to the customer needs and preferences that have been left unfulfilled
by its competitors.
