Essential element of the proper functioning and maintenance

of your construction machine, the lubrication is a key point
on the moving parts life time.
Lubricants have many functions in a machine. Whether for
the lubrication of an engine, a gearbox or for the operation
of a transmission, the oils must keep all their properties in
order to guarantee an optimal functioning and reduced
maintenance costs.
Kubota oils have been specially developed for our machines
and meet strict specifications. Opting for manufacturer-made
oils means opting for peace of mind.

Engine oil
Essential element for the longevity of your Kubota engine, the oil has several major roles:
• Lubrication of the different parts of the engine: the thin oil film considerably reduces the friction between
the parts and thus ensures maximum engine efficiency.
• Corrosion protection: The oil film on the parts protects them from attacks caused by moisture, acidic
products and other factors that can damage the engine components.
• Engine cooling: the oil helps maintain thermal equilibrium in the engine by removing some of the calories
produced by friction.
• Evacuation of impurities: the oil also has a role of cleaning the engine. Indeed, during its passage it allows
to carry particles and deposits present in the engine to the filters.

POWER PLUS 10W-40

With its Low-SAPS (Low Sulphate Ash, Phosphorus and Sulfur) technology, KUBOTA
ENGINE OIL POWER PLUS 10W-40 is designed for the latest diesel engines equip-
ped with after-treatment systems, such as particulate filters, to prevent clogging and
extend their service life. Its high viscosity index allows the engine to start at very low
temperatures and operate at high temperatures.

POWER 15W-40
The KUBOTA ENGINE OIL POWER 15W-40 lubricant has a good viscosity stability during
operation, ensuring optimum lubrication of the engine under all conditions. Thanks to its
excellent anti-wear properties, the KUBOTA ENGINE OIL POWER 15W-40 lubricant offers
a good lubrication. Piston cleanliness performance provides effective protection against
polishing of the cylinder liner for a more efficient engine. Meeting the API CI-4 / CH-4 / SL
standards
The KUBOTA ENGINE OIL POWER 15W-40 lubricant is suitable for all turbocharged or
naturally aspirated agricultural diesel engines that are not equipped with particulate filters.

and axles oil
As a high-tech component of the transmission, gearbox and axles, the lubricant fulfills seven essential
functions:

UDT
KUBOTA UDT has been specially developed for transmissions installed in Kubota
equipments. This product is officially approved for KUBOTA transmissions.
KUBOTA UDT has low temperature performance (protection against sticking of friction
discs) and high temperature (protection against vibrations or excessive sliding). KUBOTA
UDT has excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure properties for optimum protection of
gears and hydraulic components.

SUPER UDT
KUBOTA SUPER UDT has excellent performance at low temperatures (starting is
possible at very low temperatures). This product has been successfully tested even in the
presence of water. The friction performance is improved and provides a smoother gear shift for
longer clutch life. KUBOTA SUPER UDT has excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure
properties for optimum protection of gears and hydraulic components.

 KHD 80W90
KUBOTA KHD 80W-90 is recommended for the lubrication of gear type bodies installed on
agricultural and industrial machines subject to heavy loads or shocks. Thanks to its very
high extreme pressure performance, KUBOTA KHD 80W-90 guarantees the durability of
lubricated gears subjected to heavy loads or repeated shocks. The anti-rust and
anti-corrosion properties of steel and copper provide longer gear life, even in the presence
of water.

Hydraulic oil
The hydraulic circuit of your machine is solicited with each use. It is therefore essential to ensure the
longevity of components, to perform periodic maintenance with oils of manufacturer quality. The original
oil meets the manufacturer’s specifications

HV 46
KUBOTA HYDRAULIC OIL HV 46 is recommended for all hydraulic systems operating
at high temperatures and pressures (above 200 bar), for example, in case of hydrostatic
transmission. This lubricant is particularly suitable for machines operating outdoors under
very large temperature variations: easy start at very low temperatures and operating regularly
throughout the year. It offers complete protection of hydraulic parts.

 Multipurpose grease
Kubota multipurpose grease is specially developed for the lubrication of loaded parts, whether in
transport, agriculture or off-road equipment. The lubrication of these moving parts in the presence of
water, dust and subjected to shocks and vibrations is very important.

KUBOTA greases have been specially developed to prevent blocking or sticking.

EP2 Kubota grease

KUBOTA EP2 GREASE is a multipurpose grease formulated for the lubrication of plain
bearings, ball bearings, roller bearings, hub bearings, universal joints and the chassis of all
KUBOTA machines operating in dusty, humid environments or dry. KUBOTA EP2 GREASE
has excellent mechanical stability as well as good adhesiveness to metals, allowing long
working life without loss of product.

Kubota Genuine filters
Your KUBOTA engine has an oil circuit. As well as absorbing ambient air, it also consumes fuel. The motor can
only work sustainably with clean fluids. Abrasive particles of internal and external origin contained in these
fluids create significant wear and can damage the engine. It is therefore necessary to minimize the size and
quantity. This is the essential task of the filter. All KUBOTA filters have been subjected to functional tests and
performance tests adapted to the specific requirements of each type of engine according to engine capacity,
power and fuel system.

Engine oil filter

The engine oil filter is essential for the good health of your Kubota machine. The latter makes
it possible to retain the polluting elements internal or external to the engine. With 4-micron

Air filter
The air filter is the lung of your Kubota machine, a poor quality filter will inevitably lead to
premature machine wear. A clogged or worn air filter will result in an abnormally high fuel

To replace the tracks of your Kubota construction machine, we offer you the choice between our three ranges
of rubber tracks: GENUINE LINE, CLASSIC LINE and CAMSO LINE.

Genuine Line
The long standing superior quality of Bridgestone and others original tracks has been a well
established fact in the OEM and replacement markets for many years. Original rubber tracks will provide you
the longer lifetime.

Classic Line
The tracks Kubota CLASSIC LINE range are made from
modern technology and perfectly match the demands of the market.
In addition to the quality of the rubber and the materials used,
CLASSIC LINE rubber tracks are made of high-strength,
corrosion-resistant steel cabling to give you more safety,
performance and durability.

CLASSIC LINE rubber tracks are guaranteed 18 months or 1,800

hours.

Camso Line
The patented 3S internal iron core avoids unexpected downtime on job site and the beginning of the
degradation process. The vibrations are minimized for better ride quality and lower maintenance cost.
The HXD models offer besides the SD models (standard) reinforced edges, this technology is called
«curbshield».
Warranty conditions: HXD: 36 months or 3,000 hours/ SD: 24 months or 2,000 hours.

How to choose a rubber crawler adapted to your equipments ?

Two requirements are essential for your track choice : its size and the type of track rollers equipping your
machine.
The track’s size corresponds to a numbering system with its width, the length of the step and the quantity
of links.

For example :

Battery charger
These automatic battery chargers are designed to charge lead-acid batteries. Built-in safety features to limit
overheating could interrupt the charging process when recharging batteries with higher capacity. In power
supply mode, the charger supplies low voltage direct current (13.7V). This mode is also to be chosen for a
maintenance charge. This charger is equipped with a temperature sensor, integrated in the clamp, which
allows to adapt the charging intensity to the battery temperature. Thanks to this function, overheating can be
avoided and an optimum load is always guaranteed, even in the case of extreme temperatures.
