This document provides instructions for using a dial gauge measuring device. It explains that the large hand on the dial gauge moves clockwise and measures to 0.01mm, while the small hand moves counterclockwise and measures to 1mm. The steps are to first calibrate the large hand to 0, then take measurements by rotating the component and recording the maximum reading shown on the dials. Readings are taken by noting the positions of the small and large hands. The document also provides instructions for using a bore gauge to measure diameters and determine if components are within specifications.

Meter besar pusing ikut jam, meter kecil lawan jam
Kaedah baca:
1) calibrate
Pusing meter besar pada nilai 0
2) buat pengukuran, pusing komponen yang diukur,
kemudian perhatikan bacaan jarum, ambil bacaan maksimum jarum…
Cylinder bore gauge (CBG)
Set kan jarum kecil ke no 1
Pastikan kedudukan washer
betul dan tidak terbalik. Perhatikan gambar.
Set micrometer 53mm
Kemudian lock
Selarikan measuring point
pada micrometer
Pusing dial gauge sehingga
jarum panjang tepat pada nilai 0
Ukur kebujuran dan ketirusan
Masukkan bahagian measuring point diikuti rod
Keluarkan rod diikuti
measuring point
Nilai bacaan X1= 0.58 mm X2= 0.58 mm X3= 0.58 mm
Bacaan rod+ washer =53mm
Jadi bacaan = 53mm- 0.58 = 52. 42 mm#
Bandingkan nilai bacaan
dengan spec dalam workhop manual . Jika dalam spec= serviceable Jika luar spec= unserviceable
