The interview occurred on 10th April 2023 at 7:30 PM. An interview is taken through the
zoom meeting. Following are the question asked for the interviewee:
 Have you ever done custom design for your garment? What is the experience of
finding the best tailor while designing custom garment?
 What are the obstacles you faced while custom designing your garment? How did
you give your measurement?
 How you communicate to the tailor in order to track the progress of your order? Did
you find any difficulties while communicating?
 How did you select your tailor while designing your garment? Was it trustworthy?
Did you satisfy what you received after you received your garment?
 What is negative aspect you faced while designing your garment with the tailor?
 Did they deliver the order to you?
 How would you like to use the platform like Smart Tailor Finder? Do you recommend
using this platform to others or not? What are the factors that would push you to use
platform like Smart Tailor Finder?
There were few customers relevance which were demonstrated in different ways:
 Firstly, software can provide the tailor recommendation based on location, price,
customer reviews to the customer which would save the time of the costumer.
 Furthermore, mobile app could be built up for the ease of the customer and to make
the user friend environment with them.
 Finally, Smart Tailor Finder can improve the services by continuously using the

Govinda KC is the person who is staying in Kathmandu city, one of the most populated,
having cultural diversity and rich in fashion industry. He has been in this city for around 20
years who knows about the emerging fashion industry closely. He is also a social activist
doing the social work and maintaining the good relation between different people of the
city. He also run the garment shop in the past time which is one of the reasons to choose
him as my interviewee. The person who knows deeply about the people experience, culture
and fashion industry about the country is the best person for me to interview about the
product.

Following are the insights that have been identified through customer interview:
1. Costumer struggle to find the best tailor that meet their requirement.
2. Customers must meet the individuals personally who has done their garment design
previously to know the review of the tailors around them.
3. Customers couldn’t make the proper communication with the tailor during the
process of garment design.
4. Costumers express the unsatisfied concern about their product as getting overtight
or loose garments.
5. Costumers reveal that they must wait excessive time for the delivery of the garment.

The following objections and issues have been discovered:


1. Does the measurement through app going to be perfect for the individuals?
2. Can customers order the single product and get the desired tailor or fashion
designer?
3. Will it work for the wholesalers who can place an order for the factory tailor?

Yes, the interviewee considered my product as useful and relevant, but the product should
not only focus for the individual to tailor, it must be also efficient for the whole sellers and
the factory tailors so that the whole sellers can place the large number of custom design
order.
