above, all the deposits including EMD shall be forfeited and property shall be resold and defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claims to the property or toany part of the
sum for which it may be subsequently sold.
13. Mortgagors filed two SA against the e-auction of the above-mentioned two properties before DRT Delhi-1, SA No. 98/2023 & SA No. 99/2023. The matters were first
listed on 23.02.2022 and the tribunal ordered the Bank not to take any coercive action qua the property and granted interim stay. However, on the ne:xt hearing dated
13.03.2023, the matters were argued and the stay was vacated. At present there is no interim stay in matter and Next date of hearing is 28.04.2023 for further proceedings.
