Dialogues – Seema

(Mid; Appearing after the officers)

Seema : well… I have some serious sad news… pretty sure it will shock you too…

Officer 1# : What is it? You look to have a sad tone in your voice.

Seema : As ya’ll know pollution is the major cause of health issues but we still continue to use those
resources blindly without knowing its effect and.. it also causes damage to the environment, people
are careless..

Officer 1# : (in between) seema, we already know that.. its common..

Seema : ITS NOT COMMON! If you still think it is then let me tell; Our village, with beautiful hills,
scenery, fresh air… everything is destroyed…. Because we never cared! Some city people were about
to build a big building, this was decided by the owner of the company, he wasted a lot of money for
that.. but the workers found that the place was not enough.. they chopped down all the trees! And..
our village is flooded…!

Officer 2# This can’t be true!

Seema : it is! Because trees help in bringing the rain.. did we forget that they also help us to stop the
flood?!
