Conclusion
The machines sampled in this set are taking less water than the population mean, hence they are more efficient. (15.48)
The mean is very close to mode/median, and Kurtosis and Skewness is close to 0 hence the curve is close to a normally distributed curve
The rule says, sample set should be between mean+3 (SD) and mean-3(SD) (11.8-19.2)
The set ranges between 12-18, since the set is very much inside the emperical interval, the wastage of waster is tolerable.
