Add Chart element: to modify the chart design on our own.

Switch Row/Colum & Select Data: to change the range data and/or axis

OTHER KIND OF CHARTS (all are located in insert):

- BRIDGE CHART: shows initial value which is affected by series of positive or negative results (i.e. used
for P&L)
WATERFALL CHART → select end point (result) & FORMAT DATA POINT → SET AS TOTAL
- TREEMAP CHARTS: suitable for data that have 2/more categories (help to visualize the popular/most
categories)
- SPARKLINE: to spot certain trends in the data (illustrate a small trend in each category).
To delete, you need to choose CLEAR

PIVOT TABLE
To show a simple table from numerous data, however it must show amount/quantity.
It do not updates automatically, so you need to refresh (by clicking in the pivot table).
=getpivotdata(data cell; pivot table; the number of target cell → mixing column and row reference)
I.e. =GETPIVOTDATA(“sum of “&$B6;’Pivot Table’!$A$3;C$3)

SLICERS: Quick filter in pivot table

By just clicking the buttons in filter, the pivot table will automatically showing the data which was filtered by the
slicers..
