    V. PROJECT RATIONALE

    This proposal aims to provide trainings to all mandated organization of Tomonoy,

    Moalboal, Cebu with support equipments and materials for them to create work and

    gain experience for employment after leaning the skills.

    Market of the project will hat, jacket, cardigan and bonnet for people of Barangay

    Tomonoy, Moalboal, Cebu. This project will solve the problem and to avoid the heat

    of the sun of the people of my community. Additional market opportunities like out-

    sourcing work for the revitalized local needle works industry is a strong potential.

    VI. OBJECTIVES

    The objective of the Livelihood Program is to reduce poverty and inequality by

    generating employment among poor households and by moving highly vulnerable

    households into sustainable livelihoods and toward economic stability.
