5. Above amount is for the cost above scope of works only and does not include cost of other defects
which may be found during course of work. Defects in wiring,

6. To facilitate work, we request that your representative be assigned to accompany our technician
 on a full time basis for easier access into the different areas in the building.
7. All closed ceiling with no access to cut wires / conduits, manhole and restoration not included
in the proposal. A separate estimate shall be presented should any defect be found.
8. Total devices was based on the given actual inspection by building contractor.
9. Cost of signed and sealed plans by PECE not included in the proposal a separate cost if required.
10. All electrical works to be done by your goodselves and shall be for your account.
