SANITARY REPORT
June 1,2022

The Environmental Sanitation Team of Municipal Health Office of Claveria conducted a

Site Inspection in Aria Inter-Phils. Business Corporation located at barangay Ani-e, Claveria,
Misamis Oriental. As response to the request of the Barangay Ani-e Officials headed by Brgy.
Captain N. Casiño with regards to the increased number of flies to the said barangay.
And, these are the following findings:
1. Increase number of flies in the vicinity, as evidence by poor sanitary condition.
2. Improper storage of Chicken Dung and Poultry waste.
3. Noxious smell from old chicken dung storage.

Recommendations:

1. Practice Proper Storage of chicken manure.

2. Strengthen Fly Control Program within the vicinity as well as to the neighboring areas
affected by the Flies Infestation 1 kilometer radius.
3. Maintain Good Sanitary condition in the premise at all time.

The Environmental Sanitation Team of Municipal Health Office of Claveria conducted a

Site re-Inspection in Aria Inter-Phils.Business Corporation located at barangay Ani-e, Claveria,
Misamis Oriental, 6 days after from the first visit.
And, these are the following findings:
1. Drastic decrease number of flies in the vicinity, as evidence by properly managed
sanitary condition.
2. Improper storage of Chicken Dung and Poultry waste eradicated.
3. Minimal noxious smell.

Recommendations:

1. Always adhere to the standards in maintaining the sanitation of Poultry Business .

2. Reinforced proper drainage system especially in the stockage area.
3. Maintain Good Sanitary condition in the premise at all time.
