DATES EVENTS
On the first day of our JDVP Training, we discussed it Via Google Meet, with the trainer
WEEK 1 introducing the topics and what to expect from the assessment. Some students also ask
FBS questions and the topic was Food and Beverage services. Since it was discussed in the third
quarter, many of us have an idea about Food and beverage services. In the following days,
April we went to school and took face-to-face classes. We performed Taking Reservations, and
24- May we also performed folding 5 table napkins within 3 minutes, it was hard at first since 3
1, 2023 minutes is the only given time, and If we fail, we will practice and try again to master it.
After that, we name the table appointments, and we must arrange it as an American table
setting. The rest of the clays of the First week was spent online, with the trainer discussing
various types of Foodservice and table service.
WEEK 1 We made dinner rolls and banana cake during the first week of our bread and pastry
BPP production training. We all know how to make dinner roll, because we've done it before. In
5-16- time we have to put the skills we learned into what we are baking. I think this is a great
2023 way for us to help ourselves and learn more. The instructor gave us lots of tips for making
each recipe.

In the second week of our bpp training, we also made of of my favorite chocolate mousse
cupcakes! we prepared the ingredients for the spread. The outcome is good and it tastes
okay.

We also made Apple Pie and Petit Fours, we knew how to make petite Fours and Swiss
rolls, because we made it before the trainer taught us how to make apple pie properly
because we didn’t know how to make it
WEEK 1 I'm excited for the first week of our cookery training, because I haven't tried it when I was
COOKE in Grade II, and now we are able to do it. We made canape in the first week of cooking
RY training, which included a biscuit and a mixture of onion, Mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, as
5- 22- well as a garnish. It was simple.
2023
On the same day, we made a clubhouse sandwich with the leftover spread from the
mixture of canape, cutting the sandwich into half and filling it with ham, cheese, Spread,
tomato, onion, and cucumber we also toast the bread, which makes it slightly crunchy. I
enjoy the sandwich because it tastes good.

WEEK 2 In the second week of our cookery training, we made chicken stock soup, it is a combo of
COOKE onions, carrots, Onion green, and celery. And a high level of water to be boiled in the heat.
RY It was cooked for almost 1 hour and some of the groups made deviled eggs but our group
5-25- was assigned to chicken soup, it tastes okay and we may put salt or pepper depending on
2023 our taste.
