1. The Schools Division of Escalante City, through the SGOD - School Management
Monitoring and Evaluation (SMME) section will monitor the conduct of the National Learning
Camp (NLC) on July 24, 2023, to August 25, 2023.

2. The Monitors shall look into the areas of concerns indicated in the attached M&E tool
and be guided of the following Monitoring Plan:
