OPINION

We certify that Balance Sheet and the Profit Loss account are in agreement with the
books of account maintained at the head office; the said accounts give a fair view in
conformity with the accounting principles generally accepted in India.

A. We have obtained all his information and explanation which, to the best of our
knowledge and belief, were necessary for the purpose of audit.
B. In our opinion, proper books of account have been kept by the said entity as far
as appears from our examination of the books.
C. In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the
explanations given to us, the accounts give a true and fair view.

1. SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES

A. BASIS OF ACCOUNTING
Financial Statements have been prepared under historical cost convention
and are in line with the currently applicable laws as well as the guidelines
issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
B. REVENUE RECOGNITION
Revenue and Expenditure have been accounted for on accrual basis.
C. FIXED ASSETS & DEPRECIATION
Fixed Assets have been capitalized at cost inclusive of related expenses
thereon. Depreciation is being charged at the rates methods specified in the
Income Tax Act, 1961.
D. INVENTORIES
Closing Stock has been valued at cost or market price whichever is lower
E. RETIREMENT BENEFIT
Liabilities for Gratuity are not provided for in the Accounts, and are
accounted for as and when it arises.
F. CONTINGENT LIABILITIES
Contingent Liabilities as per AS 26 are not provided for in the accounts are
disclosed by way of notes.

2. Quantitative Information of opening stock, purchases, sale of services and

closing stock under convenient groupings cannot be furnished since it consists
of numerous small and varied natures of items.
