Introduction
As part of our ongoing commitment to keep our customers informed, we have created this
essential document that will allow you as the customer to easily keep track of our software B
download links as well as other key components that are required for successful
OmniVox3D deployment.
Note: These links are updated frequently, should a particular link not work, please contact
our support team and they will guide you to the appropriate link. Contact support at

APEX SDP
Note: The “Getting Started Guide” document included in the zip file contains step by step
instructions on how to install our SDP software and its components. We recommend
installing the latest available Dialogic driver and SQL Express Database package your server
can support, so skip the installation of these two software packages that are included in
the OmniVox3D Application Server installer. Once you have installed the OmniVox3D
Application Server software, you can upgrade to any service update, please refer the
“Upgrading OmniVox3D from any to any version” document in the APEX Communications
web support portal http://support.apexvoice.com
Note: Before you install version 6.3.1.4470 or later verify that you have the OmniVox3D
license files (with extension .lic) for all the APEX SDP modules you have purchased. If you
have not loaded the .lic files on a previous release you will need to do it after the upgrade.
You can request your license files by sending an email to abarragan@apexcomm.com and
provide your OmniVox3D serial number and screen shot of the OmniView License Manager.
