NARRATIVE REPORT FOR BRIGADA ESKWELA

SY: 2023-2024

Brigada Eskwela 2023 highlights “Bayanihan” spirit and aims to encourage local
governments, communities, businesses, non- government organizations and other local and
national partners to support the implementation of the said program and contribute to
adequately preparing public schools for the opening of classes on August 29, 2023. Meanwhile,
teachers and other school staffs were mandated to make every classroom bare and clean.

This activity is voluntary engagement which will help strengthen camaraderie and good
relationship among stakeholders; teachers, parents, students and the whole community.

To begin with this wholesome Bayanihan program, it was commenced with the short
activities. All participants were encouraged to start the event in a parade and followed by
national anthem, prayer, local hymns, and a Zumba dance. This short program was successfully
implemented by our Brigada coordinator.

PTA Officials, 4Ps, Philippines National Police, Marines Corp., and other stakeholders were
there to show their support on our beloved school. Of course, parents were also there to
participate on the meaningful program for their children.
Registration was asked first before they start to do the task assigned to them. And it is
headed by our Head Teacher.
Indeed, all participants had rendered monetary assistance and in-kind donations. They
really show their support on school’s goals in delivering quality education to our dear children.
And these were much appreciated on behalf of our school and Department of Education.

Furthermore, the desired goal of the event was successfully achieved. And each
stakeholder is much willing to extend their support when it is needed. It is indeed, that
“Bayanihan” still alive on the Filipino spirit.
