KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MARIA ESTORBA of legal age, Filipino, married, resident of Lutao, Inabanga, Bohol,
do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, – MARIE PETALCORIN, likewise of legal age, Filipino,
and residing in Lutao, Inabanga, Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me
and in my behalf, name, place and stead, to do and perform the following:
1. To CLAIM and RECEIVE the cash / money of the deceased depositor’ account in
Metro Bank of our late brother JAMES KO before the office of the Metro Bank-
Tagbilaran City Branch.

2. To SIGN, EXECUTE and ACKNOWLEDGE all pertaining papers and documents in relation
thereto;

3. To perform such acts as maybe necessary and required in the execution and accomplishment of
the powers given to him.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact, full power and authority to perform
each and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises,
as fully to all intents and purposes as our might or could do if personally present and acting, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
under by virtue of these presents.
