Today is fixed for further hearing of the petition for local investigation dated 19.08.23
by plaintiff and payment of cost by plaintiff Rs. 50,000/- in total and Rs.70,000/- by the
added defendant no. 87 Rama Das to the DLSA, South 24 Parganas, Alipore.
Plaintiffs file hazira and two money receipts of Rs, 70,000/-, 20,000/- each.
The contesting defendants nos. 27,49 to 52, 25 and 40, 53,55, 56 and 57 to 86 filed their
respective haziras.
Plaintiffs filed a petition for extension of time for payment of costs on the grounds as
stated therein. Defendant No. 87 has filed money receipt of Rs, 70,000/- and a petition
for directing the plaintiff to service copy of plaint upon him.
Regular P.O. is transferred as per notification no. 5016 A dated 11.08.23 of the Hon’ble
High Court, Calcutta.
The instant matter is produced before the Ld. Civil Judge (Sr. Div.),4th Court (in charge).
Heard the matter in part today.
