At 7:00pm on 11/13/2022, s/o M.Newman and I were inside the guardhouse. s/o Newman
was tending to a guest. When s/o Newman open the gate for the guest, the car went through the
gate, but the car behind this guest waiting in line driving a Silver Mercedes tag# QPDD28
belonging to Charles-Antoine Tremblay at 8361 Tobago Ln, immediately accelerated at a
dangerous speed past us at the guardhouse as the gate pole was proceeding to go down. The car
made it through the gate without making any attempt to stop at the guardhouse. Charles barely
made it through the closing gate, almost striking the gate. Both guards were standing outside of
the guardhouse close to the edge of the curb when this happened.

I looked back at our records and it shows that today is the first day that Charles has ever
come into this community. His first login was at 2:30pm today. This was a very dangerous
situation for the guards, and potentially the driver that was in front of him.
