At about 7:45pm I looked into the cameras (gym View) and noticed two suspected
juvenile males inside of the gym. The two males fit the exact descriptions and images that we
collected at an earlier date on May 28th 2021.

On the previous date we had a resident Keith Mackey at 8468 Xanthus approach S/O M.
Newman that he was awake late on May 28th and heard someone trying to open his front door
of his home. He witnessed 3 individuals on bikes and followed them to the Town Center. At this
time Mr. Mackey had stopped the 3 males on the bikes and asked if they lived here. All the
males stated they did not live in VillageWalk, Mackey told them they needed to leave.
Unfortunately Mr. Mackey did not call security or the police at the time of the situation, but
waited until the following morning to speak up. At this time security went ahead and checked
the cameras where we pulled the interaction between the 3 males and Mr. Mackey and saved
these images, forwarding them to Management.

On another occasion we had this same situation happen at another home where kids
were trying to open the front door of a home on 8341 Dominica, Marsh family.

Today on June 13 2021, two of the 3 males from the previous day were inside the gym
with a resident Brooke Cohron at 8498 Xanthus Lane. We checked camera footage and were
able to get her name off of ID card reader when she had used her card to enter the gym. When
she entered the gym these 2 males that she was with entered with her. These males were the
exact same males stopped on a previous day, 1 of which was wearing the same t-shirt from the
incident with Mr. Mackey. Afterwards we follow the teens on camera to the café where they
sat down outside by the pool and had a meal by the pool. After this they went to basket ball
courts. One thing that stands out to them is that both times the teens were wearing backpacks,
especially during the time of the interaction with Mr. Mackey.

In the camera View Photos you will see a 3rd male in the group, we traced when he
entered the gym and the card information stated Miller Landy Lopez at 8184 Pine Cay. This
person is a homeowner, but the male using the card is believed to the son of the Lopez family.
This male was with Brooke Cohron, and the 2 suspected males the entire time as well.

We have had several cases where residents have seen come to security stating they
have seen suspicious males wearing sweatshirts with hoods at night walking the neighborhood,
and have had complaints of seeing males trying to check cars to see if they are unlocked.
Unfortunately these residents never called the police or security at the time they had witnessed
these occasions, but waited hours if not days to bring it to security’s attention. I believe that
these are the same males involved in the recent situation(s).

**UPDATE**

At 8:47pm Brooke Cohron at 8498 Xanthus and these males entered a non-authorized bathroom
in front of the tennis courts. She entered a code to these bathrooms that she should not have. These
teens can then be seen riding their bikes on the tennis courts.
