At the end of the session, students are expected to:

I. Objectives: at the end of period the students will be able to;


A. Appreciate the value of dancing in the improvement and maintenance of their health
and fitness.
B. Create movements in coming up with their own cheerdance routines through
improvisation; and
C. Describe the nature, movements and health benefits of cheerdancing.
