It is evident to some previous studies that present the different results, that

employee’s performance at work can affect the organization itself and that there is a

significant relationship between them. As previously suggested, there is a significant

body of literature that implies the relationship of leadership style to employees’

organizational commitment. Some of these researches (Avolio et al., 2018; Lo et al.,

2019) have demonstrated positive relationships between numerous leadership styles

and employee attitudes, motivation and performance; all of which can affect to

employee commitment levels.

This research is to study the aspects of studying the leadership style to

determine the degree of relationship between leadership style and socio-demographic

profile. To accomplish the results, the leadership style questionnaire by Avolio & Bass

(2013) and Stellar (2017) will be used.

Thus, taking into consideration the part of own employees’ setting, the

researchers wonders if it would also contribute to same result and will be measure also

their socio – demographic profile.
