You have taken part in the sports meet. And this is just what you’ll say and this is how you’ll walk, if you have not
had enough practice. Sports and exercise are very important. To do well in sports you need practice. Practice not
one day, but day in day out.
Doing sports make you strong and helps you to grow to be a healthy adult. Even when you are old, you will be in
good health. There are different types of sports. Some played on land and others played in water. Cricket, netball,
swimming, tennis and basketball are some of the most popular sports today. There are many more. So be healthy
and fit. Have fun. Enjoy yourself. Add zest to your life. Take part in sports.
