 Terms & Condition

1. Prices: - The prices are supply basis, Ex-Our Works basis only and on the basis of Bill of Material attached. Any changes in Bill of Material or the
quantities shall affect the prices accordingly.
2. Packing & Forwarding: - Extra @As Actual
3. Delivery: - The delivery period quoted below is in good faith and is subject to Force Majeure Clause. The delivery of equipment commences
from the date of advance payment and approval of drawing. However, if you fail to lift the equipment in a period of 1 week from its readiness,
you shall be liable to pay interest at the prevailing bank rate on the balance value of the equipment besides storage charges@ Rs.2000/- per
week. We strongly recommend pre dispatch by your authorized person inspection, at our works, which will be done on the basis of approved
drawing.
A. Standard Delivery Period: 3-4 Weeks DC and 1 Weeks AC from the date of Advance received. *

4. Taxes & Duties: - GST shall be payable extra @5% on EV Charger and for other accessories @18%. You will also give the relevant road permit
form, if required. Service Tax@18% will be payable extra on Service part, if any. All tax rates given are as per current. However, rates charged
will be as applicable on the date of invoice.
5. Freight: - Payable extra as applicable, if we are asked to provide it. If client wishes to take charge of transportation on their own, and we
recommend that, we will extend all possible help to you for locating a local transporter.
6. Payment Terms: - 50% advance along with techno-commercial order and balance 50% along P&F, etc.
7. Force Majeure: -We shall be under no liability under any contract arising out of offer wherever fulfilment of our and/or our supplier or sub
vendors obligations are hindered or prevented by causes beyond our/their control such as War, Strikes, Lockouts, Epidemics, Failure of
electricity or power, labour unrest or orders of the government or other duly constituted authority.
8. Commissioning Services: - This is a supply offer. In case you require the services of our commissioning engineer, it shall be charged extra
@Rs.18,500/-
Per Day.
9. Cancellation of Order: - No order is subject to cancellation whether in part or full unless requested by purchaser and accepted in writing by the
seller. In the event of any cancellation then no advance shall be refunded.
10. Warranty &Repair: - The supplies by us shall be warranted for a period of one year from the date of dispatch of the equipment / components
from our works. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our discretion, free of cost, ex-our works. Any component found defective
due to bad workmanship or faulty raw material will be repaired / or replaced, at our discretion, provided the defects are not due to damage
during transit, physical damage, bad storage, misuse, mishandling of the equipment/components at customer’s site or due to normal wear and
tear. On outsourced items the warranty clauses of our principals will apply. On your request we can provide our principals standard terms&
conditions of warranty.
11. Validity of Offer: -Our offer is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of offer and there after subject to our confirmation in writing.
12. Jurisdiction: - All matters shall be subject to jurisdiction in Bhopal only.
