Overview 槪述
We are glad to introduce the Student Enrichment Program to your institute. This initiative has its origins in what
we perceive to be of universal value. 我們很高興的向貴校介紹這項學生充實計劃。我們推出這個計劃的用意是因
為它具有普及全人類的價值。
The world at present is plagued with unrest, division, and conflicting political and social tensions, to the point
where it feels as though it’s going to burst. It seems that, among the collective mindsets, this confusion stirs up a
mixture of fear and frustration, religious fanaticism, prejudice and intolerance. 目前世界上存在著嚴重的動盪,分
裂,政治衝突和社會緊張局勢,到處都覺得有爆點。看來, 在集体觀念中,這種混亂激起的恐懼和沮喪,宗教狂熱,
偏見和不相容忍。
Over the centuries, the many sapient and insightful personalities whom have left their wise mark in history and
literature have concluded again and again that world peace cannot be achieved without developing inner peace.
千百年來,人們無數的智慧和開明的人格都明顯的記載在歷史內,而且文學史上己多次的作出結論世界和平是來
自人們內心平和獲得啟發。
Yet despite this sublime message of tolerance and peace, which can be seen in philosophical cultures
worldwide, and which have sown the seeds of international organizations and law, it still remains true, that the
dramatic reality of man’s inhumanity to man remains the protagonist in our daily news.
然而儘管這項寬容與和平的這項高尚信息,也可在世 界各地的哲理文化中看到,並己通過國際組織和法律來傳播
出去,它是永恆不變的真理,但是戲劇性的不人道行為仍然在我們日常新聞報導中如實的出現。
Clearly our hope lies with the younger generation. They are the Future and their future decisions will direct the
world.
很明顯地我們 把希望寄托在年輕的一代。他們有的是未來,他們未來的決定將會是世界的導向。
Thus the urgent need is to sow the seeds of compassion, understanding and peaceful cohesion into their
fertile awareness.
因此,迫切需要在他們已獲得充份覺醒下注入慈悲,明理及和平結合的理念。
Our aim is to bring the noble intentions from these events to a new level, that of experiencing meditation.
我們的宗旨是通過靜坐把此崇高意向帶到新的層次。
We feel that it’s time to actually encounter this dimension of inner peace, which will develop the positive qualities
of understanding and tolerance.
我們認為這是實際迎合內心寧靜的時刻,並就此啟發了理解和寬容的正面特質。
We are aware that this activity can aid the student in his/her stress free capacity to study’ as well as intellectually
stimulating the teacher. And offer the changes which students of every generation have felt the need for. It can
work as a bridge bringing student and teacher closer through a common experience of great inner enrichment
我們曉得這個活動能減經學生學習的壓力以及激發老師的智慧。為不同年代的學生提供他們的所需的改變。通過
共同体驗和內在充實成為師生融合的橋樑。
ABOUT SAHAJA YOGA

Founded by Noble Peace Prize Nominee Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970,
Sahajayoga Meditation is a simple and easy meditation technique that will help you to
achieve a deep state of peace and ‘Self’ awareness in your life. It doesn't require
tricky postures, difficult breathing exercises or chanting. Sahajayoga Meditation is not
just a theory or system of beliefs, but something with which you can verify on your
central nervous system, and helps to get the real state of meditation – where mind is
without any unwanted thoughts but still alert and relaxed.
有关霎哈嘉瑜伽
1970 年由诺贝尔和平奨得主锡呂·瑪塔吉女士提昌至今。霎哈嘉瑜伽是一
種简易的静座方法,它能帮肋我们達到深入内在的平静及完成此生的自我
覚醒。它不需要各种困难的姿势、复杂性的调气呼吸法及唸唱經咒语等。
霎哈嘉瑜伽不是理論或迷信制度,而是一種能誏我们察觉我们的中央神
经系统和帮助我们深入静座達到自觉 ~ 警觉、軽鬆而無他想。

Sahajayoga Meditation not only helps reduce stress, restore inner balance, brings
good health but enables you to experience your 'Self-Realization' and inner
transformation. Regular practice of meditation brings control on you from any habits
and ‘we become our own teacher’ or self-disciplined in all aspects of life.
霎哈嘉瑜伽不僅是能帮助我们减軽压力、恢复内在平衡、带来健康、更
誏我们体验到自我的觉醒及内在的轉化。陪養日常的静座習慣"成为自
己的㝵师",成就一个有規律的人生。

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi 錫呂瑪達吉妮瑪拉德維


Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi quietly transformed lives. For more than forty years, she
traveled globally, offering free public lectures and the experience of self-realization
to all, regardless of race, religion or circumstance. She not only enabled people to
pass this valuable experience on to others, but taught them the meditation
technique necessary to sustain it, known as Sahajayoga.
錫呂瑪達吉悄然地轉化了人生。在這四十多年,她周遊列國,不分種族,宗教和情
況下,公開提供免費教學,讓眾人獲得自覺的体驗。她不僅能把這個寶貴經驗由一
人傳承給更多人之外,同時也教導他們靜坐所須的技能,這就是霎哈嘉瑜伽。

Shri Mataji maintained that there is an innate potential energy within every human
being, and it can be spontaneously awakened. She emphasized that this
awakening, described as self-realization, cannot be purchased. Money has never
been charged, nor will it be, for the experience of self-realization or for the
teaching of Sahajayoga meditation.
錫呂瑪達吉認為每個人內在均潛 伏著能量,它可以自發覺醒。她強調說這項覺醒被
描述為自覺,它是無需金錢來購得,自覺的体驗或是霎哈瑜伽靜坐的教導是無需收
費。

Goals

The qualities and purpose of meditation:
靜坐的素質和用意:
 A gentle inner transformation which develops the awareness of the connectedness of all things
內部形成溫和的轉變並喚起與萬物連接的意識。
 This awareness dissolves the sense of ‘Us and Them’ which so often results in clashes and dissent both
individually and collectively
這項覺醒解除了不再有因衝突和意見相左所造成 “我們和他們”之分別心。
 A sense of solidarity, peace and tolerance manifests along with an awareness of the natural laws.
隨著對自然規律的認識並連同体 現團結,和平和寬容的意識。
In this new awareness the concept of diversity or difference is erased. Everything, whether it is a living being, a
rock, a tree or an amoeba, is recognized as part and parcel of the whole, and as such it is not perceived anymore
as something separated from us.在新覺醒下差異和分歧的理念己消除。每樣事物, 不論它是人類,岩石,一 棵樹,
或是變形虫都被認同是整体的一部份,如此就不會再有萬物與我們有分別的看法。

The programme or any follow-up sessions are absolutely FREE of charge.

The Programme consists of following session. 有關活動包含以下課題。
 Talk about Meditation and Introduction to Sahajayoga and Meditation Experience 論說靜坐和介紹霎
哈嘉瑜伽和靜坐体驗。 13 14 15 16 17 18 19
 Teach students on how to meditation (Practical session) 指導學生如何靜坐( 練習)
The below mentioned activity will be for the first time and subsequently we will conduct 1hour session every
20 21 22 23 24 25 26
week. The programme will be conducted in English and also can be conducted in tamil and chinese as well.

以下所指的活動是首次活動時採用,以後每個星期我們會進行一個小時的課程。這些活動項目將採用英語而 27 28 29 30 31
且也以華語和淡米爾語來指導。

What we require from your institute 我們需要您們提供

The event which we are proposing is absolutely free of charge, as are all our activities. Below is list of what is
required:
所有相關活動均是免費的,但是我們需要:-

The presence of students and teaching staff 學生和教師在場


 A hall or a class room where the programme can be conducted 一個活動進行的禮堂或是教室。
 A sound system and 2 microphones if possible with 2 stands for the speaker who will guide with instruction
教學用途的音響設備
 A projector and screen to show videos 一個投射機和顯示影象的影幕。

We can adjust the timing of the event to your needs but the duration is envisaged as around 1 hour long.
我們的時間可按照貴校的需求而調整但是我們所需的時間是為時一個小時。
This way the fundamentals can be introduced without overloading the attention of the students. Appropriate space
must be given to experience meditation.
如此方法基本上是 不會為學生的注意 力帶來負荷。休驗靜坐是須要一個適合空間。
