 SCOPE OF WORK

1. Walls and partitions shall be building according to drawing and design of ground floor.

2. All building material (namely steel, cement, course & fine sand) to be

used in construction shall be of best quality. 3. Parapet wall upto 3'-0".

4. Slab shall be of RCC of 1:3 mortar. S" Thickness.

5. All brick work in 4.5" wall shall be in 1:4.

6. All brick work in 9 wall shall be-in-15-

7. The height of the ceiling from floor shall be 10'9". 8. Inside and outside plaster shall be 12 mm
and done with 1:5.

9. Wooden frames of doors and windows opening out of the house shall

have double rebate and made of Malaysian sakhu. 3.5mm thick plain float

glass is provided in window panes. 10.Each door shutter shall have 2 handles. Main door shutter
would also be provided with inter-lock. Each window shutter shall be provided with one

handle, two 4" bolts. All door fittings like tower bolts, latches etc shall be

of steels.

11.100 mm dia PVC pipe shall be used for water closet, 75 mm PVC pipe for wash basin and
bathroom disposal and for rain water. All pipe shall be ISI marked. 12. All pipe and fittings used
for fresh water line shall be of C.P.V.C.

16.All wiring would be concealed. Electrical work shall include lying of wires,

modular switches & sockets etc. 17.POP work in all rooms is to be provided.
