issue is that when selecting radio button P_SERVER, Delimiter |, post execution of report
/VERTEX/SPOT014 output displaying only header fields without data.
ABAP Analysis:

Code changes required to fix as result table related to p_server logic,

not passing to header alv grid display.

Pass git_outtab Instead of git_outtab, based on test result if required we will proceed for next level logic
investigation.
