SUCCESSION

SYLLABUS FOR SY 2023-2024

Objective: To teach the students the basic subject on Succession with


reference to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Volume III by Paras, or any
book on Wills and Succession including the relevant jurisprudence.

Methodology : Lecture, Recitation and/or Reports

Grading System: Grades will be based on: long exams (midterms & finals),
quizzes, recitations, reports, reaction papers, among others.

Policy on Attendance: a student who incurs at least 3 unexcused absences


shall be required to submit a written explanation with supporting documents
to be able to continue attending classes.
