ACTIVITY NAME: ACTION RELAY
GOAL:
An action relay game is a type of social interaction game where players
take turns performing actions, usually dictated by a moderator, and each
player must repeat the action performed by the previous player in the order of
play. If a player fails to perform the action correctly, they are eliminated from
the game and the next player in line must take their turn. The goal of the
game is to be the last player standing who performed all the actions correctly
in the right order.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

ACTIVITY RATIONALE:
 Coordination minimizes the conflicts, rivalries are ended, wastages, delays,
indifferences and other organizational problems. It ensures smooth function of
the organization. Hence, with the help of coordination an organization can
fulfil its objectives promptly.
 Increases daily energy levels, improves agility and flexibility, enhances
concentration and memory, and stimulates the release of endorphins.
 They will be able to complete tasks and having good coordination is essential
for coherent planning, connectedness and timeliness. It is therefore a vital
skill.

 Music therapy can be an effective and enjoyable tool for reducing the

therapy offers people a creative and accessible way of expressing their
feelings and processing their experiences. Making sure that the client is
comfortable and at peace creates a warm environment for the client which
enables them to open up and be genuine with their emotions. And with that
establishing rapport will hopefully be easy and would help the activity become
a success.

ACTIVITY NAME: The Feeling Wheel
GOAL:
A simple printout with 72 feelings sorted into 6 groups: angry, sad, created,
sad, scared, joyful, peaceful and powerful. Represented as a colorful pie, it can be
an excellent tool for psychotherapy clients who have difficulty articulating or
expressing their feelings. While this can make it easier for clients to describe their
relationships and experiences outside of therapy, it can also help them give
immediate feedback on how they feel during a session.

ACTIVITY RATIONALE:
 The Feeling Wheel can help us put words to emotions and care for our mental

GOAL:
To enhance the communication skills of the trainees and need for dialogue
feedback.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
 To stimulate alertness and focus of trainees in communication.
 To provide an activity that will further strengthen trainees' oral communication
from one person to another.

ACTIVITY RATIONALE:
 By sending a message from the first person all the way to the last person in a
group, without distorting or changing the message in any way, patients will
learn how to listen carefully and communicate clearly.
 It strengthens auditory perception and teaches patients the importance of
clear communication to strengthen verbal and nonverbal conversation skills.
 By practicing communicating effectively, patients will be more likely to adhere
to their treatment plans, foster trust, enhance problem-solving skills, and
promote emotional and social well-being. Being a good listener and using
supportive language are the greatest ways to connect with someone dealing
with mental health.
