‘All About the Globe Theatre’ Topic Project!

As you know our topic for this term is all about Shakespeare. In Literacy you have been set some great activities researching all about
Shakespeare and starting to look at the wonderful Romeo and Juliet. So, with regards History and Geography we would like you to research
The Globe theatre. This project is set out to take roughly two weeks so please don’t think you have to rush, remember quality over quantity.
We would like you to create a presentation all about the theatre, you could even use your skills of researching from when you created your
non chronological report all about America. We would like you to gather as much information as you can and then present this in any way
you like, below are some ideas for you… you could even do more than one:

• Poster: Create a poster either advertising The Globe, with persuasive facts or a fact file poster.
• A Non-Chronological report: Write a Non-Chronological report all about the Globe, remember to have a title and subheadings.
• PowerPoint: You could make a presentation with all your facts and pictures.
• Model: Create a model of The Globe, this could be done using Papier Mache, Lego, paper or cardboard. You could even just do a detailed sketch.
• Leaflet: Put all of your research into a leaflet.
