Debt Management Workflow

Creditors

- Uncheck creditors
- Click your clients name

Clients Dashboard

- Select orange “Execute Webhook”


- Click the dropdown choose “Send to LDF”
- Click “Execute”
- Copy Customer ID #
- Log into LDF

LDF

- Click “Find Client”


- Under “Field To Search” choose “DebtPayPro ID”
- Paste “Customer ID” in “What To Find”
- Click “Find Clients”
- Wait till your client pops up
- Click clients name
- You will need to rerun credit
- Scroll down to “Authorization Files”

Authorization Files

- Click “Add Manual Authorization”


- Copy & Paste clients name in the first box
- Put your password in second box
- Click “Add Manual Authorization”
- Scroll down to “Creditor Review Files”

Creditor Review Files

- Click on “Request Review File”


- Scroll down and click on all 3 boxes, (IF client has Bank Of America Choose the 4th
box)
- Click on “Submit Review Request”
- Scroll down to “Creditor Review Files” under “Action”, Click “Import”

Choosing Creditors

- Click “Import This Creditor”, On the creditors that you are helping your client with
- In “Account APR” use “24”
- Then click “Pick Creditor”
- Click “Use Recommended Creditor”, if that is not an option manually search for the
creditor, (Ideally ask a Lead or Manager)
- Once all creditors have been chosen scroll down and hit “Submit”
- Look to see if your client has “CSP Creditors”
- Select “View Clients Plan Summary”

View Clients Plan Summary

- Review Number Of Creditors, Total Debt, Current Payments, Estimated # of Years to


Payoff (Numbers in Red)
- Click Save
- Click “Clients Budget”

Clients Budget

- Review clients budget


- IF client does not pay (Mortgage/Rent, Utilities, Groceries, Auto Payment, Auto
Insurance, Auto Gas) you must put the reason why under “Action Items” (eg. Auto
Payment - Car is paid off)
- Once budget is completed scroll all the way down and hit “Save”
- Select “View Clients Plan Summary”

Clients Plan Summary

- IF your client has “CSP Creditors” on top of “Analysis Details” you will find a CSP tool
try to get your CSP creditors to a 7.5% APR
- IF your client does not have “CSP Creditors” make sure your “Total Debt Ratio” is above
78%
- Check with a manager to make sure your budget is good
- Click on “View Clients Plan Summary”

View Clients Plan Summary

- Review Total Adjusted Payment, Monthly Service Fee, Monthly Benefits Package,
Estimated Savings On Program. (Numbers in Green)
- Click Save
- Click “Clients Information”

Clients Information

- Copy & Paste clients email from DebtPayPro


- Input clients Date of Birth from DebtPayPro
- Click “Save”

Clients Payment Schedule

- Type in the “Bank Name”


- Collect “Routing Number”
- Collect “Account Number”
- Choose proper “Bank Account Type”
- Change “Contract Will Be Sent” from “Regular Mail” to “Email or Fax”
- Choose “Day To Make Payment”
- First payment can be as early as 7 Business Days, latest is 3 full weeks out (possible to
extend by manager)
- IF your client wants to have their payments be split, make sure you are on the right state
- Choose the proper month
- Review “Enrollment Fee” with client
- Click Save
- Click “Clients Information”

Clients Information

- Collect clients “Employer Name” and “Occupation”


- Skip “Work Phone Number”
- Ask client for “Marital Status”
- Input “Number Of Dependents” (IF Applicable)
- For “Hardship Reason” select “Poor Money Management”
- Click Save
- Click “Clients Creditors”

Clients Creditors

- Verify that all the accounts your client needs help with have account numbers if not, ask
client for the account numbers
- To add an account number click “Edit” next to creditor you want to update, in “Account
Number” once done click “Save Changes”
- Click Save
- Click “Clients Payment Schedule”

Generating Agreement

- Click “Request New Print Job” which you will find on top of “Printed Documents”
- Uncheck “Full LDF Contract”
- Check “State Specific Contract”
- Click “Print Checked Documents”
- Click on “Refresh Client Status” until “Job Date” goes from “Pending” to a “Timestamp”
- Click “Start Digital Signatures - Hand Sign”
- Click on “Refresh Client Status” until you see “Digital Signature Completed” on top of
“Refresh Client Status”
- Transfer to “Verification”
- Go back to your client on “DebtPayPro”
- Click on “Creditors”
- Re-Enroll the creditors that you enrolled in DMP
- Click your “Clients Name”
- Click the green “Update Status”
- Under “Stage” change to “Underwriting”
- Under “Status” change to “ Enrolled DMP”, Send Enrollment Email to
(kuvina@caprocessing.com)
