 SYNTHETIC LATEX :
We are pleased to inform you about new
development of Synthetic Latex which is to be added
in small percentage to the Starch mix of Gypsum
board.

The addition of small percentage of Synthetic Latex to

the Starch mix gives,

* Less consumption of Starch.

* Superior Breaking strength of Gypsum board.
* Well defined edges of Gypsum board.
* Better strength to the Gypsum board. Contd...
* Superior finish to the Gypsum board.
* Avoid storage, transport and installation damages.
* Good moisture / water resistance properties.
* Very small dosage of Synthetic Latex to be used
with starch mix.
* Highly economical to use.

At present we are giving this latex to many

reputed Gypsum board manufacturers.
Our Synthetic Latex/Adhesive is also used for
pasting side paper on Edge of Gypsum boards.
 FOAMING AGENT :
• Excess water is needed to make Gypsum slurry
fluid enough to form the board.
• Excess water is then removed during the
drying stage leaving small voids in the core
making the board lighter.
• Foaming agent helps in reducing amount of
water required to obtain a free flowing
aqueous core slurry which in turn reduce the
energy cost to cure and dry the Gypsum board
thereby decreasing production time.
