Dear Employees,

This is to inform you all that the company will be organizing the annual outing on August 02,
2023 at Calbayog Zipline & Aerial Adventure Park for all the Travel Ops- Department.

Just like any other year, this year as well you all are invited to join us for the outing along
with your families. The outing that was held last year gave all the employees to interact with
each other outside work and relax as they played games and enjoyed the meal. To add more
fan in this event, we are also organizing barbeque party at the beach along with the live band
which will be the highlight of the event.

All the Travel Ops- Department are requested to participate to the event with their families to
make it great success. Kindly confirm your attendance at the bulletin board for our room’s
reservation. The last date of attendance confirmation is on July 31, 2023.
