Orange Cake

Read the following recipe and do the activities below.

Method
 2 oranges / tangerines
 2 eggs 1 First, grate the orange zests and then
squeeze the oranges.
 2 cups of / 400 gm. self-raising flour
 1 cup and a half of / 250 gm. sugar 2 In a bowl, add all the ingredients
 Half a cup of / 125 ml. oil together and mix them well.

 Icing sugar (optional) 3 Next, grease a round tin and sprinkle it

with sugar. Pour the cake mixture.

4 Finally, place the mixture in the oven

and bake it until knife inserted in the
centre comes out clean.

5 Add icing sugar on top to serve.
