Once you have read and understand the information contained in the syllabus,
syllabus addendum, and course schedule please complete the following. Then
save and upload it to the required spot in our course in D2L. You may do this
by:
 save a copy, complete it electronically and upload it to D2L as an
attachment in the required spot in D2L.
