SLIM
Volumetric dough divider with pressureless measuring system
for stress-free and oil-free dividing
Suitable for bakery, pizzeria and supermarket, the compact SLIM dough divider uses an accurate
vacuum system (rather than a piston forcing the dough through) to create equal portions of dough. This
advanced technique results in excellent quality products since the dough is not compressed.
The SLIM dough divider uses a vacuum system to draw dough in and then cuts it off. That way the
dough is not stressed. This system is ideal for delicate dough types, even with high water content.
Hygienic
The SLIM dough divider is designed in such a way that there is no metal-to-metal contact where
components slide against each other. No dough remains in the chamber (vacuum system), whereas in
piston-based systems dough is left behind and has to be taken out by opening the machine. Everything
that comes in contact with dough is stainless steel or Teflon coated where necessary (hopper, pusher
block).
Saving time
The SLIM dough divider is excellent for small series of different products. Quick change of products
because no dough remains in the dividing system. Compact design, small footprint and easy movable on
swivel wheels.
Easy cleaning
Cleaning – which must be done on a daily basis – only takes several minutes as no opening of the
machine is required. Piston and air filter can be easily removed for daily cleaning using a special tool
supplied with the machine. The hopper can be removed quickly with four bolts.

Description of options
Outfeed belt 50 cm
With every stroke of the hopper a few drops of oil are put on the
hopper plate to prevent dough from sticking on the plate.**
For increasing the working height the SLIM can be equipped with
a underframe with wheels. Note that working height is increased
but also the top of the hopper. Dough input will also be higher.
On the other side, also dough outfeed is higher.
Hopper 90 kg
This option can transport dough piece to max. height of 165 cm.
Construction can be folded open with the possibility to use only
the lower belt. This way you can have a normal outfeed belt
Pre-rounder module
For better grip of the dough piece. Often used when outfeed belt
is placed in a steep angle. Better release of sticky dough pieces.
Simple unlocking on right and left side hopper and hopper block
can be released from the SLIM base. For easy access and
cleaning of hopper interior.
Special option for very soft and/or sticky dough types; to prevent
contamination and avoid dough residues in the machine itself.
Combination of O-ring seal with extra scrapper ring on upper
piston allows to weigh very soft dough types without vacuum
pump. Option includes on/off switch for vacuum and compressor
pump to switch off suction during dividing.
Handy with SLIM 2x200 to delay and line up dough pieces on the
outfeed belt.
** Oiling of hopper plate; oil consumption is 3x10mm3 per stroke (3 volume valves of 10mm3). Based on production of 1000 per
hour and 8 hours per day, consumption is 0.24L per day. For oiling of pusher block; oil consumption is 30mm3 per stroke; so
also 0.24L per day.

approximate and depend on the dough consistency. Standard delivery time is three weeks from order confirmation. Machines and options 'on
request' may have a longer delivery time. Standard packaging is on a wooden pallet with cardboard box. Pallets are fumigated and marked with
'ISPM 15' compliant stamps. Machines and parts are according to CE directives. Divider rounders come optional with UL safety and hygiene
