CHAPTER 3

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

This chapter explains various methodologies that were used in gathering data

and analysis which are relevant to the research. The methodologies will

include areas such as Research Design, Research Locale, Respondents of

the study, Sampling Technique, Research Instrument, Data Gathering

Procedure.

3,1 Research Design

This study will use qualitative research design which uses checklist survey

questionnaire for participants if they agree of disagree of sending outputs

through Google Classroom using Mobile phone in research writing through

convenience sampling method.


3.2 Research Locale

This study will be conducted at Sto.Niño National High School of Grade-9

MENDELEEV. Sto.Niño National High School is one of the school that was

located at the Municipality of San Agustin, province of Surigao Del Sur.

3.3 Respondents of the Study

The respondents of this study are the 22 Grade-9 MENDELEEV students in

Sto.Niño National High School. The sample size is 22, ans is consist of 7

male and 15 female.

3.4 Sample Technique

This study will uses convenience sampling technique were the respondents

are given equal chance of being selected in the sample to determine the

sample size.
3.5 Research Instruments

The instrument use to gather the data on the sending outputs through Google

Classroom using Mobile phone in research writing is survey checklist

questionnaire that consist only 1 parts. The respondents put a check in “

AGREE” is he/she agrees on the given statement and “DISAGREE” if not.

3.6 Gathering Procedure

The researcher will request a letter asking permission to carry out the study.

The researcher will create a survey checklist, have it approved by the subject

teacher, and then distribute the checklist. This study will take place in Sto.

Niño National High School. The researchers will explain to Grade-9

MENDELEEV students of Sto.Niño National High School the significance of

their participants in the study.
