    Mrs Gracia Maggy Ruthy de WEM is applying for the KONRAD-ADENAUER-


    STIFTUNG awards scholarships 2020/2021. I know her very well since 2019 when she joined
    the higher technician certificate (BTS) program as a student in Renewable Energy at “Institut
    Supérieur Africain d'Enseignement Managérial” of Douala Cameroon, where I work as a
    temporary lecturer and I know her as one of his teachers. In addition,
    Mrs Gracia Maggy Ruthy de WEM is one of the most studious and valuable student of
    the school team. She is academically ambitious, very hard working, motivated student, opened to
    others, curious and recognizing the importance of a strong work ethics, persistence, and
    intellectual integrity.

    The KONRAD-ADENAUER-STIFTUNG awards scholarships would be a great


    opportunity for Mrs Gracia Maggy to work in good research conditions and to get new
    collaborations and new techniques of investigations in Engineering.

    Considering the above mentioned reasons, I therefore strongly recommend her for the
    KONRAD-ADENAUER-STIFTUNG awards scholarships 2020/2021.
