Dear parents,
A hearty welcome to the Academic Year 2023-24!
Kindly make a note of following:
1. Primary parents (Grade 1-5) must mention in the handbook whether their ward is
opting for Karate or Swimming by 20th June. If they are opting for swimming,
“Indemnity form” in the handbook should be duly filled and signed by both the
parents by 20th June „23.
2. Swimming for Primary and Secondary grades will commence from the month of July.
3. Secondary grades KS2-CP must mention in the handbook whether their ward is
opting for swimming or robotics by 20th June‟23.If they are opting for swimming,
“Indemnity form” in the handbook should be duly filled and signed by both the
parents by 20th June „23.Robotics is a paid activity. Its details are uploaded on
MICM.
4. Students of Grade 5 can be a part of either Math & Science club or language club.
Kindly mention in the handbook by 20th June‟23, what your ward will be opting for.

5. Students of Grade KS2 and KS3 can be a part of Math &Science club or Drama
club.Kindly mention in the handbook by 20th June‟23,what your ward will be opting
for.
6. Following are the criteria for various categories of awards for the Academic year
22-23. Parents can send photocopies of 1st & 2nd term report cards and
certificates of academic year 2022-23 only in a sealed folder/envelope by 18th
June ‟23. Kindly mention on the envelope for what category of award the child is
nominated.
 Criteria for „Best Student‟ award for primary, secondary & „AS‟ -Class wise and
section wise-Only for current Grade 2 onwards

 Criteria for „Full Attendance‟ award for Pre-primary, Primary & Secondary Grades
The student must be present on all working days including Monsoon Hike, Sports Day,
Annual Day, Independence Day and Republic Day.
 Criteria for „Avid Reader‟ award for Primary and Secondary Grades-Grade wise-Only
for current Grade 2 onwards
Parents must send the names of the books read by the child in the Academic Year 2022-
23. Only age appropriate names of the books will be considered valid. Students with the
maximum number of books will be selected and will be asked simple questions related to
the books he/she has read. 5 points will be awarded for conduct and dedication to reading
in the library. The student with the highest score will be given the award.
