Dear Chapter Presidents,

It has come to our attention that there are chapters that are yet to submit their updated list
of active members despite several follow-ups from our Secretariat. Please be reminded of the
following:

• This action from the chapter is critical in determining status and the data accuracy of
your members.
• Active status requires updated payment of membership fee.
• Only members with active and/or Good Standing shall be eligible to vote.

You are hereby required to submit your updated list of members with accompanying
payment when applicable, on or before September 09, 2023. You can email it to
membership@psme.org.ph or contact Ms. Andrea Malabosa at 0910-680-5148.

Please be guided accordingly. Your usual assistance in disseminating this info will be much
appreciated.
