Friday
10:30 am: Heavy Lunch
1:30 pm: Snack ( Pisang/energy bar ) (Team Manager)
1:45 pm: Player self-time ( toilet/parent motivation ) (officer liaison)
Kit man/Coach setup for warm up
1:55 pm: Player warm up 15 min (with ball, conditioning game movement, time
reaction) Remember don’t forget to warm up Gol Keeper (coach)
2:15 pm: Last short briefing (shape of formation and team task) (coach)
2:25 pm: 1st match
Follow previous task
3:30 pm: Snack (half banana/half energy bar)
3:50 pm: Player self-time
4:05 pm: warm up 5 min (with ball high intensity and time reaction)
4:15 pm: short briefing (correction from previous match)
4:30 pm: 2nd match
5:00 pm: Snack if necessary (half)
5:20 pm: warm up 5 min (with ball high intensity and time reaction)
5:30 pm: short briefing (correction from previous match)
5:45 pm: 3rd match
7:00 pm: heavy dinner (load carbohydrate)
8:30 pm: Team Briefing video session if possible (highlight major good play 1st and
major mistake)
9:00 pm : Sleep ( 9 hours minimum sleep for recovery )
Saturday
7:00 am: Breakfast (Bread/Cereal/Banana and chocolate milk)
9:00 am: Player self-time
9:15 am: Warm up 15 - 20 min (with ball, conditioning game movement, time
reaction)
9:40 am: Short briefing (highlight previous night briefing)
9:50 am: 4th match
10:45 am: Snack (Chocolate bread/Banana/Energy bar)
11:50 am: Player self-time
12:00 pm: warm up 5 min (with ball)
12:10 pm: Short briefing (Correction previous match)
12:20 pm: 5th match
1:15 pm: Snack (banana/Energy bar)
1:50 pm: player self-time
2:00 pm: 5-10 min warmup
2:15 pm: short briefing (summarize whole match)
2:25 pm: last match for grouping
3:00 pm: heavy Lunch
7:00 pm: Dinner
8:30 pm: Team Briefing video session if possible (highlight major good play 1st and
major mistake)
