SPEAKING TOPICS

There are two parts in your Speaking Test


- Part 1: Role-play (5 marks)
o You will work in pairs and discuss ONE of the following topics in at least
TWO minutes. Notice that if you speak out exactly the content in the book, you
just have 2 marks for this part.
1. Make an interview for the job position vacancy of a secrectary in a
company (unit 1)
2. Instruct your partner to prepare an invitation for an event of your comapy
(Unit 3).
3. Make a travel arrangement for your manager (unit 4 & 5)
4. Make a role play between airline employee & a traveler, make a
conversation at the airport (Unit 6)
5. You are a new administrative assistant. Ask an experience secretary how
to file some documents (Unit 8).
6. You are a business officer. Ask an IT officer in your company to instruct
you how to use ONE of the social media (Zalo, Tik-tok, Facebook, or
Instagram, etc.) to advertise a new product of your company. (Unit 10)
7. You are an officer of a big company. Welcome delegates to the conference
of your company. (Unit 14)
- Part 2: Teacher – student discussion (5 marks)
o Teacher will ask each sts at least two questions related to the conversation/unit
they have just speak out.
o Most of the questions are in part 1 (Get ready) of each unit.
